What should I eat before I workout?
Before you workout you should have a small nutritional snack to give you energy. Make sure to also drink some water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the workout.

Will lifting weights make me bulk up?
All programs designed by our trainers are geared towards your goals. The structure of your workout will help you achieve your goal, however do not forget about your genetics. They play a role in the way you look.

When is the best time to stretch?
Stretching feels great and should be done on a daily basis to continuously increase your flexibility. For best results, perform stretches after you workout to ensure you gain permanent lengthening to your muscles.

How do a lose weight in a specific area?
Attempting to target one specific area is unrealistic. All weight loss and toning should be done in complete workouts. There is no such thing as spot reducing.

How often should I meet with my trainer?
Workouts should be able to fit your schedule. You and your trainer will agree upon how many times per week your sessions will occur.

Can I still have a trainer come to my house if I have no equipment?
In home training can be done with little to no equipment. Our trainers provide as much equipment as needed for the training session.
